I had Mlb 07 the show for ps2 but sold to get my 360, i have been playing mvp 05 on my ps2 just to play some ball , I was thinking about getting 2k8 for my 360 but heard some really, really bad reviews. Is it that bad. honestly!i had 2k6 for the ps2 and didn't think it was that bad, i liked everything except the glitches, maybe 2-3 a game but still worth the game, people said that was bad too though. Is it worth $55

yes dude it is the best baseketball game out so u should if u cant wait for 2k9.

You mean Baseball? Anyway, I got it and dont like it. Its terrible unless you grab some good sliders.

Definatly get it. i have alot of fun playing it. good sliders definatly help though. before i changed the sliders i would get like 1 Strike out a game it was fukkin stupid

No. Absolutely not. If you need a game, MLB 2K7 is actually less buggy and you can probably pick it up much cheaper. MLB 2K8 is probably the most disappointing title I've seen this year.

Ya man seriously i dont get it, when a game is good IGN gives it a 7.8 or somthign but when a game is bad they give them like a 9.0 or something. Ya it is bugged up, u will have to DEFINATELY adjust your sliders, i kinda stopped playin this game lately and i STILL havent mastered the pitching, the cpu hits home runs like crazy lol. Hopefully EA comes out with a MLB game for 09'.

This game is really good... A lot of people don't like it because they don't have patience. This is because the controls are a little different this year... It just takes time

Even if you put all the setting to the way they were in 2k7 the games still awful.
