Re: Official MLB Playoffs thread

I know you guys are going to say i'm crazy, but don't count out st.Louis. They have pujols, carpenter, rolen, and edmonds. It all depends on how edmonds does really. Cardinals have a great 1 2 punch in Suppan and Carpenter. Suppan has an era of around 2.86 since the all star break.

Re: Official MLB Playoffs thread

It's all about the Dodgers.

They've won 7 games straight. Go into the playoffs feeling great. The Dodgers bring in the best Starting Rotation into the playoffs. The team is on fire and ready to sit down the Mets.

This can be their year.

yea bring it BME, lets dance sucka

I'm not really worried about this squad at all, I think we should take the first 2 games at home easily and end this series in LA

Minni over Mets. Mets dont have the pitching to get them to the title, and Minni's does. Minni also has great offense, and great D. I dont see a weakness on their team. Not to mention they're still hot from the regular season. Momentum means everything, unless your the 2004 Red Sox.

Re: Official MLB Playoffs thread

The Mets dont got the pitching to get them out of the first round..

surprisingly alot of the experts have picked the Dodgers to go to the world series..

As long as the Dodgers can keep Reyes off the base path. I think the Dodgers will be in really good shape.
