Damn I love this game. I'm playing on Stan Def and it still looks amazing, the detail is crazy. The players' faces look so real, I almost puked when I saw Dustin Pedroia's rat bastard face.

I am scared about one thing, although its just typical fandom crap. What are they going to put Joba Chamberlain's Stamina at? Only a ****ing moron would tell you that Joba belongs in the pen (Mike & the Mad Dog...damn they're idiots when it comes to baseball personnel) so I'm interested to see how he rates in his stamina because everything from the Yanks camp is saying that he's being prepped as a starter as we speak in Spring Training.

Lastly is Phil Hughes velocity. When he came back from the injury (hamstring, ankle) he was sitting at 91-93 but finally got his full fastball back in late Sept/Oct when he was at his regular 94-96. Hope the guys at The Show pay attention to player development and teams' farm system because the ratings can be really affected. For example a guy like Cameron Maybin who had a poor showing in the Bigs last year but is a 5-tool player, so will his ratings reflect his potential or his Major League debut?

One last thing, I heard that MLB 2k8 is going to have some top prospects from each organization actually in the game. They also are going to have Single A ball clubs but I'm real interested in if they're going to go the MVP 05 route and create fake names but have them reflect the prospect or actually have Andrew Brackman, Jose Tabata, Austin Jackson, Alan Horne, and Jesus Montero of the Yankees. Imagine having Jay Bruce of Cincy or David Price, Wade Davis, Jake Mcgee, and Evan Longoria of the Rays on the roster before they make their ML debut. That would be sick.

With both games (2k, The Show) - For 2K I know a guy last year who kept up to date rosters with full renames of the minor leagues - and supposedly a guy at OS did the same for The Show - hopefully both will do it again this year. It was greaaaaaaaaaaat for last year.

I'm sure they have them for download somewhere. I got my NCAA rosters last year from OS. They just post a download link. Took my Ipod, created like 2 files, and transferred it right to the game. It's easy and great.

Yeah I did that with NCAA football as well. I just don't remember what the website was.
