Really? I've never been lapped, so I would never get it, but my friend has been lapped before and I don't remember him ever getting it. I'm not saying I don't believe you or anything lol, I just don't remember it.

so does this mean that there will be manual cautions/restarts for the offline portion....i know you answered the pit road manual control...but on cautions will we be able to drive the car

i know this is gonna sound kiddish... but its actually cool. i was wondering if NASCAR sim games would let the player control wat is happening on pit road. like in that Cars video game, u have to press all these button combos to wipe the car, add feul, change tires, etc. that way if u make a mistake pressing a button thats not needed, then u would lose valuable time, maybe even causing u the race. i dont like how the COM does the pit stops cuz u never know when theres gonna be a messup as to where if u controlled it u would realize that u made a mistake.

Yes you will be controlling your car up and down pit road.

I was watching the Coca-Cola 600 and in front of Jeff Burton, Jeff Gordon was hitting A.J. Almendinger and water sprayed on his windshield. It would be cool if NASCAR 08 had so when your behind a crash debris hits your windshield and bugs would hit it ,and when your taking a pit-stop they can have tear-offs like the real thing.

i believe that they had that in the Nascar 2000 game ( i know it was an earlier game), it was the stupidest thing they could put into the game, personally.

i know this has been answered multiple times.....but according to what i heard from someone at gamespot who heard from someone else at game spot, the manual pit road is only in practice and not during the actual race....i dont think hes right cuz it would be stupid to have manual pit road in practice and not during the actual race. So is th manual pit road just for practice and not during the actual race
