I have not had hands on with the game to be able to find out yet. We will liely not find out until the games release because EA is being tight lipped..

Be awesome to see a NASCAR game with the Days Of Thunder (NES) pit control.

Since NASCAR 08 has alot of little tuning adjustments in the game now. Dose anyone know if you make minor adjustment how much if at all it affects the car or is this just for show.

An if it dose affect the car then since there is no real base line setup's for the cars in the game. Dose anyone else think practice is going to be more important than ever in a NASCAR game.

were not going to really know until we get our hands on the game but our guess is that yes minor adjustments will help or hurt you to some degree.

thanks for that quote but also will u have control over wat the pit crew is doing as far as filling the tank and changing tires.

i read on ign.com that nascar 08 for ps2 will only have some of the new features. why is this? i have a ps2 and want all the features. but then again, im hoping for a ps3 for my bday or christmas.

PS2 cannot handle the new features that may need to be processed by next gen hardware, so the limitations of the PS2 are probably is what is hurting the PS2 right now. You will only be able to control your car down pit road during practice sessions. During races and under cautuin it will be controlled by the CPU.

ahh maaan...well i guess. thats cool though. but will u be able to have all of the tuners as well? and wat other additions do u know wont be added to the ps2 ver.?

Not sure on the PS2 version b/ci dont own a sony console or what they plan on doing with the PS2 Version.
