With 1 minute left the magic was down by 10 points. After a Dwight Howard dunk they took a 1 point lead with 7 seconds left. But they would end up losing the game by 1 point. Dwight Howard was unstopable in the game and hit all 14 of his shots.

MAGIC BRING BACK A OLD FACE

Earlier in the week the magic brought back a familar face signing Penny Hardway. Penny only played a few minutes in the last night game, but should see more time over the next few games. He has a chance to be a valuable bench player as they are thin at shooting guard. With Hedo Turkogla starting at power foward he could also see some time at small foward. After averaging over 20 points per game in 3 of is 4 seasons he was considerd one of the future stars of the NBA. But shaq left for LA and injurys hurt his career. He signed a 1 year deal for 400,000.

HE IS NOW BACK

Penny Hardaway was the story of the night scoring 15 points and giving the magic a much needed boost off the bench. Jamaar Nelson had another quite game and is off to a slow start this year. The magic was able to hold on to a 2 point win.
