Overview: This is a create-a-player chise. I'll explain what it is:

First I invited people to participate in my chise. I invited mikesa_tx, Stumbleweed, PassingMachine7, RocksUrSocks, and mattsa_tx. Then, after they agreed to participate, I asked them questions about the player they wanted to create. (Name, number, skin tone, size, accessories, etc.). Once everyone answered the questions I added all the created players to one team, in this case, the Boston Celtics, and I sent the old starters to free agency.

Now, with all our players on the Celtics, I started this franchise. So basically, I'm doing a franchise with everyone's created players on it. Not too difficult to understand.

Each player has loads of talent, although their all young. People question whether this team will have success because they are young and inexperienced, which may result in poor chemistry or the inability to keep composure during games. One thing is certain, this team has the talent to strike fear into any opposing team's eyes. It will be interesting to see how this team does.

Comments: SportsColumn.com -- The Boston Celtics come into the 06-07 season with a highly talented, yet inexperienced team. It is very hard to determine how this team will do this year considering their age. If they can work well together and keep their composure, they can challenge any team in the league. But if they don't work well together their season could be disastrous.

We're predicting for Boston to start off slow, because it may take time for them to work well together. Other teams they face will be older and they will have experience working with their fellow teammates.

But after their expected slow start, we think Boston will get their act together and will start working as a team. And when they do, they'll be good. Good enough to be over .500 in winning percentage, and good enough to make the playoffs.

Maybe in a few years this team will already be talking about a championship, but who knows.

And this idea came from mikesa_tx:: (for the people who made a player for this chise) If you guys want to post personal 'journal entries' into this thread to explain your players thoughts and feelings, go ahead!

For example, your guy just won the game for your team with a last second shot. Then afterwards you can make an entry in first-person about your players thoughts and feelings, like a journal entry.

Of course that is not neccessary, just a thought.

Thanks for your appreciation of this chise. I'll answer your questions:

1: I only kept the Celtics backups. No starters. Although I may of accidentally got rid of some 2nd stringers too.

2: I didn't create a player because I thought it would be better if I had 5 guaranteed followers over 4, and I thought that those 5 people would (for sure) enjoy this chise. I will love this chise whether or not I created a player, and sometimes when you make a player you get carried away with trying to get his stats up, and that's not what I want. I'm aiming this to be sim as possible. (besides the fact these are made-up players)

I play the games.

They first answered questions about the player they wanted to create. Then I used the create-a-player feature on my xbox to create everyone's player. Then I put them on a team (Celtics in this instance) and I started a franchise.

So basically this whole thing is run by me now, I'm just doing a franchise with the players they wanted to create and I'm posting it up here. Although they will be able to participate in certain things (journal entries, etc.)
