Andre Iguodala struggled to stay out of foul trouble and finished the game with only 13 points. |

Tough game. Nice ten minute quarters, I guess I don't have the balls to make it that long. Lol.
Good luck in this young chise. |

Re: Tough Times: A Philadelphia 76ers Association
Sixers make a splash in the free agent pool ![]() ![]() Former Sixer Keith Van Horn is back with the team and Dajuan Wagner will be arriving also. The Sixers announced on the 4th of November that there will be two new additions to the team. The Sixers signed veteran forward Keith Van Horn to a 1-year 1.52 million dollar deal. Van Horn's most recent stop was Dallas where he came off the bench. Van Horn will bring leadership and a veterans presence to a fairly young team. Also signed on the 4th was unproven shooting guard Dajuan Wagner. Wagner will bring more explosiveness to a team that has some already. Wagner was signed to a 1-year 1.22 million dollar deal. They will both be in action on the 5th when the Sixers take on the Suns at the Wachovia Center. |

Re: Tough Times: A Philadelphia 76ers Association
76ers lose their debut at the Wachovia Center ![]() Shawn Marion and the Suns left Philly with a win. 76ers- 75 Suns- 91 Game Stats: PHI PHX FG% 37.5 % 41.3% 3Pt% 22.7% 7.6% FT 10/13 28/38 Reb. 43 46 Fast Break Pts. 2 18 Scoring: 76ers R. Carney- 21pts. 4reb 3ast 3stl A. Iguodala- 12 pts. 3reb 4ast. S. Dalembert- 9 pts. 7reb K. Korver- 8 pts. 3reb D. Wagner- 6 pts. 2reb J. Smith- 5 pts. 8reb Suns S. Marion- 22 pts. 7reb J. Rose- 17 pts. 2reb 2stl L. Barbosa- 12 pts. 5ast A. Stoudemire- 10 pts. 18reb S. Nash- 7 pts. 4reb 7ast B. Diaw- 6 pts 8reb In Philadelphia, the Phoenix Suns were in town for the Sixers home debut. It was also the debut of Dajuan Wagner and Keith Van Horn. Wagner had a solid game but as for Keith Van Horn, not so good. Van Horn went 0-7 and ended the game with 0 points. Iguodala was in foul trouble alot like the game against the Celtics. Shawn Marion was a force to be reckoned with as he lead his team in scoring. Amare Stoudamire grabbed every board he could and finished with 18 rebounds. The game was pretty much won at the free throw line for the suns. Rodney Carney had a brilliant game for the 76ers scoring 21. This season should be a good one for the rookie Carney. The sixers will head to Detroit for a matchup against the Pistons. Record: 0-2 |
