I would agree with zmnsr1. I depends on what you like. I played live for about 10yrs, stopped playing in 2003 when it just started to be too much And1 junk and all about highlights. I havent played a bball game until this year. Most of my friends switched to 2K and I picked it up 2K8 this year. I would have to say it is way more realistic than Live. I prefer realism to NBA Jam style.

i hav both i hate 2k it is horrible to slow ,graphics suck, players r fat terrible nba live is better its not just run and shoot fast breaks are etter u need to learn to use your team each gamer has something better than the other i like the fast pace of the game thats y i like nba live.
