Court creator article from IGN..

http://sports.ign.com/articles/574/574060p1.html

December 16, 2004 - Rucker Park. Mosswood. The Dome.

These are just some of the street courts made famous by ballers like Hook Mitchell and Skip to My Lou, players who played lights out until the street lights literally went out.

The NBA Street series has traditionally done a brilliant job of bringing these courts to the forefront and highlighting the spots where superstars were born long before they played The Garden.

Times when playing for money meant paycheck for paycheck and not earning guaranteed millions for sitting on the bench.

In NBA Street V3, the time has come to not only dominate the legends on legendary courts, the time has come to create the next Mecca of hoops, your own tribute to the brilliant ballers who have come before you.

That's why the producers of the game have added a cool new court creator to the mix, a mode that enables b-ball architects the ability to adjust everything from the surface to the stanchion.

You can pick your city (there are even two in Canada), then spend the Street Points you earn through the game on backboards, nets, backdrops, and murals.
