Hey guys I just got an invite to the Heat and I happly accepted it. I was wondering will people want to join the Heat or my street team/

practice mode to get a feel for stuff. Then try an NBA game on exhibition, then create a guy and start that career mode.

In the career mode can I pick up players and get picked up by a team or how does it work?

First, you gotta pick up players. Then, NBA teams can pick you up or you can get other players.
