-Less interceptions, especially in Campus legend.
-Change position in Campus legend.
-Be able to transfer in Campus legend.
-Better O-line protection.
-HS junoirs should be able to sign with teams.
-Pregame, Halftime, and Postgame shows.
-More realistic injuries (ex. If a player breaks his leg in the replay you should see it or a big shot to the head should result in a concussion)

NCAA should bring back the senior bowl. It would add a little something extra to the franchise mode. In legend mode they should let you play out your entire senior season and take official visits etc. In franchise mode they should let you build new stadiums after certain achievements are made and design new uniforms etc.

We have paid for so many subpar games from EA SPORTS that 09 games should have the biggest budgets of all-time. Here is my list ;

1. Bring back every feature that has ever been in NCAA.

2.PRESENTATION!PRESENTATION!PRESENTATION!

3.Gameday Crew pre-show,halftime show,and postgame show.

4.Graphic overall,example all-pro 2k8

5.Add optional championship playoffs for franchise mode.

6.Gameday Show at the end and beginning of every play week.

7. Just make a college version of ESPN 2K5!

Hi. I'm German and I WANT TO PLAY NCAA 09 TOO, but it's not available here in Germany. That sucks. I played it in the US and I love it, man.

However, I want to say that I agree with everything mentioned above, and in addition I would like a good "Create-A-Playbook" Feature. But not like this in Madden, but I want to Manually set HB Fakes, QB Roll outs, Directions of blitzes and I want to manually manage the cover zones on D.

do you end up getting the game at all then? Or does the version released in the states not work on your system?

Not sure about PS3, but the US version doesn't work on PS2. PS3 is supposedly region free for most games.

I was replying to the above posts because after reading everyone's post I still have not seen what I want most emphasised. I play Dynasty mode, I take Arizona and make them a powerhouse winning national title after national title. All I want is to be able to build a new stadium and to have 86 instead of only 70 scholarships. I put that in list form so that it is emphasized more:

-Build a new stadium / upgrade your stadium and facilities
-86 scholarships instead of only 70

If they put those two features in the game would be complete as far as I am concerned.

Looking at the feature list above I see that many of your suggestions were taken to heart and those features have been added, I especially like the online roster sharing so that we can have the real players' names. However, my very important two additions are not mentioned there. I really want to build a new stadium and to have 86 scholies, but I will buy the game anyways. I hope beyond hope that upgrading facilities and 85 scholies are in the game and just not mentioned here, but I fear they are not. Please EA game developers, put build new stadium and 86 scholarships in 09. Thank you.

make create-a-player more customizable not pre-made templates. 07 for PS2 was pretty good. Def agree with most about the deep pass game they crippled it bad in 08. They need to make the players talk more for god sakes. after a touchdown or smack talk talk in practice would be nice. 1 on 1 tackling needs a big improvement. the list could go on and on. hope it atleast corrects a few of its problems from last yr.

i would like to be able to have stadium expansions like if u play with a team like wyoming they have a small stadium and when u start winning alot after afew years they should expand the stadium its wierd making a small school a powerhouse and playing in a stadium that loooks like a HS one

I'm pretty content on what is expected to be in Ncaa 09 in this list.
Sure they could add in more, but they want to progessively get the stuff we want in the games, so we buy them year after year.
I'm particularly excited about all the stadium stuff, and sideline add ins.
It'll make the game feel so much more realistic, instead of having 20 guys on the sideline, with the same number, same face, and they just stand around.

3 things I like. CPU vs CPU. it's great we get to watch out team play to see how good they really are vs us playing. 2) preplay confusion. WR actually running the wrong routes and not performing the right play. 3)in game roster sharing.

There are many things that I would like, pretty much everything has been listed that I would wish to include. I like the create a team thing, maybe if you could create a team and have them be like Appalachian State and work them towards being the next Florida, you know?

Also when you play in Dynasty and new players come in, let's not have them all look ridiculous with all visors, random variations of equipment. Normal looking players (for their positions, no RB wearing LB facemasks, etc). Hopefully that will be corrected!
