Better looking grass, generally this grass sucks.
Create a stadium.
Show proper logos on the field when you change conferences.

I'm doing a dynasty with Louisiana Lafayette, and after a great first season I was invited to play in Conference USA. However, my field still has the Sun Belt Conference logo on it. Also, if I manage to build ULL into a powerhouse, I'd love to move into a bigger, better stadium. There's no way that a successful program is going to play in a stadium that rivals that of 4-5-6A High School stadiums.

some sort of line adjustment system as well as a blocking assignment system so if I want a guy to hit a certain player or zone it can happen. create a blocking system interface so that I can start to prevent certain plays from blowing up in my backfield.

For me its fairly simple:
- take NCAA 07 for the PS2 and make the graphics next gen.
- cool celebrations for bowl games
- team introductions
- ESPN the magazine, the website thing is wack
- Make the recruiting better ( this thing does not work well if you have multiple people playing one dynasty) Just use the 07 system and add the new pitches. But maybe make it more hit or miss.

13. fix the passing game (no deep pass in 08)
14. keep video highlight
15. 3D grass (like madden)
16. upgrade home field advantage
17. corso picking the winner with the mascot head
18. add off, def, sp,assistant coaches on the sidelines (bring back coach)
19. make the sidelines alive (get rid of the cardboard pieces)
20. add everything in 2k sports and current gen ncaa football into ncaa 09
21. finally use the espn license and make this game truly next gen

EA you have the power to bring back the wow factor in ncaa football 09
give your loyal fans what they want.

Man I wouldn't mind having all those in NCAA 09.
