Re: ncaa football 09 wishlist
Putting the names of the teams in the endzone on the bowl games along with logos sounds cool. How letting two users play on the same team(co-op).

Re: ncaa football 09 wishlist
theyd never do that cause the players would have to be payed cause their names are in the game, so they wouldnt be able to play because they cant recieve money or something. i forget the whole thing about it but EA wouldnt do it. |

Re: ncaa football 09 wishlist
ncaa football 09: Fix the gameplay.
I have enjoyed playing ncaa football for many years until the 08 version. It was extremely difficult to pass in this game. Lob passes was usually intercepted, and bullet passes was easily intercepted as well. The running game was pathetic, the offensive line was invisible, the cpu could do anything offensively and defensively. The cpu could run straight up the middle and sack your qb with ease. You can't win if you can't pass acurately. Lb's were super human jumping up 7 feet in the air picking off passes. Db's were cover giants. I played california against san diego state one time and watched how my impact wr was literally shut down by some weak, small low rated cb. ncaa football 08 was completely unrealistic. I could go on and on but i hope ncaa 09 is a better realistic game. And please put in create a school, d1-aa teams, and multiple camera angles. Too much focus is put on superstar, legend, or whatever it is called and not on what is important: a game that is fun to play and close to the real thing as possible. I hope ncaa 09 can erase the bad memory of ncaa 08. Last edited by Wyatt : 01-14-2008 at 02:55 AM. Reason: typos |

Re: ncaa football 09 wishlist
Get rid of that rediculous "Jump the snap feature" I swear every other play a D lineman was in my backfield from that stupid feature,it happened way to often.Make the the gameplay faster like madden. The computer Offensive line is way to good and it's very hard to get to the QB.I've also noticed that the computer converts 3rd downs like crazy,I will stop them and it will be 3 and 15 and they get some crazy completion everytime.Players break to many tackles.Get rid of the the psychic cpu,and just make a better game.

Re: ncaa football 09 wishlist
I like all the ideas I've seen here. I just bought College Hoops 2k8, and they have an awesome thing that I think EA could benefit from. Everybody complains about not being able to use the actual players names. Well, 2k sports fixed that, not by putting the actuall players names in, but by adding a cool thing called 2kshare. In this, you can download other users rosters (users who use all the real names), and even slider settings. If EA used this, a ton of people would buy the game.
Also, they should have a more in depth create-a-player. Have different face styles, and then be able to add hair, tats, more visors, and arm accessories. I like the idea of the Campus Legend, or whatever they call it now, but it is boring, because it is always the same thing. They need to make it like an actual football player's experience. Actually have some kind of weekly test or something. have the ability to get suspended. I like the whole idea where you don't start out as a starter, and you have to battle out for that posistion, but make it harder. I was the sixth string receiver at Florida, and within two weeks, I was the #2 guy. I played another one, where the two top receivers were 90s, and I was going to over take them, but I decided not to. Make it more realistic. Thats all I have. |

Re: ncaa football 09 wishlist
How about making recruiting fun rather than a tedious guessing game of what pitch to select? The rankings of the recruits should evolve as the season goes along and there should be hidden gems and busts based on a player's potential to develop season after season.

Re: ncaa football 09 wishlist
Am I the only one here who hates the pick a play screen? Take it back to the days where you had three choices you could pick so your opponent sitting right next to you didn't know what you were gonna run. Also bring back Co-Op play. Its fun doing a dynasty with a friend when one is the QB and the other is the RB.

Re: ncaa football 09 wishlist
I wonder will xbox 360 or ps3 be fully compatible with current gen games. I don't know if create a school, div 1-aa teams, or multiple camera angles will be included in ncaa 09 (I sure hope so). I would really consider buying next gen games if backwards compatibility is possible.
