what are the controller controls for celebrations after a touchdown?

If there's a team-specific one (such as the Florida Gator chomp) you press Y (360, not sure about PS3) to trigger it. To celebrate with your mascot you just run to the mascot. You can also do one if you run to a teammate but I've found it pretty hard to do. You have to get the timing right and a lot of the time your teammates will leave the end zone as soon as you score

the teammate one, you have to watch for the guy moving towards you, then jou just run at him and it will do a celebration

Oklahoma state has the best celebratin on the game. When you score the player who scores walks up to the cowboy mascot, they turn there backs to each other. walk 4 steps turn act like their drawing there guns and shooting and the cowboy falls down like he's been shot...Pretty kickass.
