Indiana U. Dynasty -- Fighting Misfortune and Mediocrity

With no Ohio State or Michigan on the schedule this year, Indiana has the chance to make a run at its first bowl game in 13 years. Here's a quick break-down of IU's 2007 schedule, and what to expect from each game:





2007 Schedule

S. 1 Indiana State - an early intrastate game against the Sycamores should give IU a quick W to begin the season

S. 8 at Western Mich. - this MAC squad is a tough one, and this is a game IU must have to have a chance at a bowl

S. 15 Akron - a second MAC opponent in a row for IU. The Zips will be hard pressed to upset IU, however.

S. 22 Illinois - the Illini will be looking to avenge last year's 34-32 loss. Big Ten play starts for a Hoosier team that could be 4-0 with a win here.

S. 29 at Iowa - Indiana upset the Hawkeyes last year, but following it up with another win here will be difficult.

O. 6 Minnesota - New Head Coach Tim Brewster will be looking for a victory here to keep his Golden Gophers from the bottom half of the Big Ten standings.

O. 13 at Michigan State - The Spartans give IU a chance for another Big Ten victory before they hit their toughest two week stretch of 2007.

O. 20 Penn State - Joe Pa. and company travel to Bloomington, and IU may be lucky to keep this one close.

O. 27 at Wisconsin - There's a good chance Wisconsin comes into this game undefeated, and the Hoosiers will happy to leave Madison healthy. A victory here would be a sign of the apocalypse.

N. 3 Ball State - Ball State could be the best team in the MAC, and gives IU a week off from Big Ten play.

N. 10 at Northwestern - the Wildcats might be the worst team in the conference, so the Hoosiers will be hoping for a win on the road.

N. 17 Purdue - The Battle for The Old Oaken Bucket may decide a bowl berth. The Hoosiers will look to revenge last year's 28-19 loss.

yeah, I am hoping for 7-8 wins. With no Michigan or Ohio State on the schedule, there's only 2 or 3 games that I really shouldn't at least have a long shot at being in.

things are kinda slow until the game is received, the names are updated, etc. may be a week or two after release before i begin this dynasty.

Guys, after getting the game and playing with some stuff, i think i am going to start off with a Campus Legend instead of the IU dynasty. Sorry if I got anyone all interested only to not follow through.
