Game 4 Preview

#7 Wisconsin Badgers (3-0)

VERSUS


Michigan Wolverines (2-1)

Preview- Michigan is definitely the underdog but look at last week. ASU upset the previous #1 Georgia. Even look at UM's last game. They lost to underdog Notre Dame. Michigan is 10 out of the Top 25 and Wisconsin is 7th. Wisconsin has a balanced offensive attack with 1400+ yards and a little over 700 yards for passing and rushing. But where they win games is their defense. Through 3 games they have allowed 493 yards of total offense. Thats roughly 164 total yards of offense in 3 games. To make matters worse they only allow 10 ppg. Michigan is one yard under 1200 yards for total offense this year. Majority of which is coming from their passing at 765 yards. HB #4 has been working gathering up around 430 yards. Still atop the NCAA in least amount of total rushing yards stands Michigan only allowing 53 total rushing yards. They do give up 28 ppg so that could be a problem. Overall, look for HB #4 to have under 100 yards, HB #39 (Wisconsin) having a ok to decent game, and a duel through the air. Still, Wisconsin is the better team.

What....a Blowout???

1st Half Recap- Yes a blowout. But who did it? Michigan started strong with a short 2 yard TD pass to WR #13 from QB #15. Wisconsin struck right back but it was just a little longer at 61 yards. WR #84 caught it from QB #4. Then where it really turned was the 81 yard kickoff return for a TD by WR #17. QB #4 hooked up with WR #84 again to tie but that momentum stuck with UM. Michigan scored twice more before the half ended. Once on a 6 yard TD pass to WR #17 and once on a 4 yard TD run by HB #4 to give Michigan a 2 TD lead going into the 2nd half.

This was the first score of the game. A high slant to WR #13


Then the Badgers tied it with a great catch and run by WR #84 who had a big game

Do you know yet? To add to QB #15's great game he threw a 42 yard TD pass to none other than WR #13. The very next drive, SS #5 set a record for his 84 yard INT return for a TD. 49-14 in UM's favor. Still dont know who won? To add salt to the open wound and put the icing on the cake, HB #4 got his 2nd TD of the game on a 1 yard scamper. Wisconsin is devastated by the huge defeat as they lose 56-14! They now have jepordized their high ranking...big time!
