The Pittsburgh Post Gazette reports:
Jason Smith is a high school coach in western pa for a quad A school..... there have been talks of him gettin a job in college because of his superiour recruiting in high school. there have been talks of him going to USF SDSU Boise state university of washington and TCU. coach smith is expected to make a decision sometime within the week. in a interview with him he states "although i am gettin the chance to go straight to D1 NON of these are my full dream job i would love to be somewhere in southern flordia you can figure that out but i guess you have to work your way up to the top." so look out for the announcment of where he will be going.

Post Game Conference

Reporter: Coach how do you feel about your first career win being against a ranked team
J.smith: It feels great i expected it to be a good game but not this i am proud of my team but there were many mistakes by us i just felt we were able to shut down there one offense impact player and it was the key to us winning but at the end of the game he almost brought them back
Reporter: do you feel that losing your starting QB in the game let them come back
J.Smith: no not really because we have a verry good athlete at 2nd string and i was honestly thinking of moving souvenier(sp?) to starter at the beginning of training camp but his accuracy isnt at par with our starter but now he has proved him self that all he needs is some time in teh pocket but with his speed he can make his own time in the pocket or out of the pocket.
Reporter: what about your runningback edgecomb
J.Smith: he was out there runnig like edgerrian james heh it was wonderful 21 carries for 111 yards or something like that. he got most of that at the beginning of the game i will say that if we didnt catch clemson off guard with our first touchdown pass then we may have lost they were just shocked i thought our players were going to be shook by the presence of the crowd of death valley. but i told them we have to come out strong to win this game there was no way we would win if were down quickly. but i have to get back to my team and give the game ball and what not.
