What's the lowest rating overall that a player can have and still be drafted.
Is it 90,85? Are players with ratings 99 overall usally first round prospects?
Also, how are the other attributes transfered overall to exported players. For example if a player has a speed rating of 99, do they maintain that rating in Madden?

its either 90 overall or if they had a really good season example:
Junior RB 80 overall running for 2,000 yards and wins the heisman if he chooses to leave then he will be in hope this helped

Why shouldn't it be in the dynasty section, it's about players leaving your team when you're playing Dynasty mode.

Yeah that helps a lot. I'm just guessing but 9 times out of ten a player who is and 80 overall in NCAA will probably be a bust in madden, right?

a bust is a highly touted player then falls off the radar

yes he will most likely be a fringe player without any user interference
