Ok, so it is my understanding that in order to avoid manually putting in all your roster names manually you need to get a transfer kit and download off the web then transfer it on there. (xbox 360)

How much is this transfer kit? can someone assist me with a link?

Wow, three! I'm sure you need every one of them. Anyways. The way I did it on my PS3 is you download the file from the website. Transfer it to your memory stick. Plug that into a usb port in your console then load it into madden. It was too easy for the PS3, should be the same for the 360.

USB sticks won't make a difference, you need the transfer kit, but you can look it up on amazon.com

Interesting at how much better the 360 is but it won't do something as easy as transfer memory from a usb stick through a usb port.
