Has Ben Wallace lost weight? Do any of you Pistons fans agree with me? IF he has, I think it is to improve his speed, to help him on his offense...I saw him drive to the basket for a layup in a pre-season game against the Denver Nuggets...and it barely rolled out, but his offensive numbers are still up, vs. last year in the pre-season, this time.

i havent noticed but he looks good on the offensive side of the ball

Yes, he does...I haven't seen him play a WHOLE lot this year, but I know in the past, on offense, he just seemed uncoordinated, and he averaged about 6 points a game last year.

6 pts is all right for someone who was suppose to have no offensive skiils. Move that guy to the West!!!

heres his stats so far in the preseason:

PPG: 12.7
FG %: 48%
FT %: 60%, 21-35

look at that free throw %, thats an amazing improvement, 45 % last season, 85-189

Yes, it is a big improvement, but I still think he lost some weight...about 5-10 pounds at least...

no i dont think he lost weight....he's just has been working on his offense a lot over the offseason....i cant wait till the opener against the pacers though............it will be a great game...carslile back to detroit for the first time...i hope ben goes off for 15 and 30 boards
