For current NBA players, I think I'd go with Jason Kidd. I'm sure more will to come to mind.

Alright, I thought a good stat to judge this by would be by turnovers per game, but that doesn't necessarily reflect good ball handling skills.
For example, if someone is a very good ball handler on a team (usually a point guard) they're going to be "handling the ball" a lot more, and therefore, will have a greater chance to turn the ball over. I pulled up stats on ESPN on turnovers right here http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/statis... seasontype=2 . It looks like some of the better ball handlers (and mostly PG's) are the ones who turn the ball over a lot. AI, Baron Davis, and Jason Kidd are all in the top 10 in turnovers per game right now, because I think they are such good ball handlers, and the coach wants the ball in their hand a lot, and once again, increases the chance for turnovers from that player. __________________ ![]() ![]() The original masked man AIM sn=DJBucs2005 Last edited by JoeyHarrington3 : 01-07-2004 at 04:16 PM. |
