I think I'm going to go with my gut feeling on this one, and go ahead with the Cats on this one. What I think it's going to come down to basically is how the refs are going to be calling the defensive pass interference, and just how motivated are the Panthers STILL. They have a lot of motivation considering one of their players is sidelined with a serious illness, and a coach has cancer.

I mention the defensive pass interference, because I believe there were some very questionable plays that happened when the Colts were trying to make a drive still down by only 7 points, late in the AFC championship game agains the Pats. Specifically, that scuffle between Willie McGinest and Marcus Pollard, in which Big Willie's slow ass was grabbing onto Marcus Pollard.
