Michael Bennett - RB, Minnesota Vikings July 10, 3:37 p.m.

A setback in his rehab from foot surgery could cost Bennett the 2003 season, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Bennett complained of soreness in the foot earlier this week, and doctors discovered a screw inserted during the surgery had broken. Bennett could undergo a risky procedure that would allow him to return midway through August if successful. The safer option would be season-ending surgery.

Fantasy Spin: Bennett will likely make a decision within the next week, and we'll let you know when he does. It's tough luck for Bennett, who seemed ready to break out in Minnesota this season. If he can't play, Doug Chapman could take over for Bennett, but our money would be on rookie Onterrio Smith. (Rob Hurtt/TSN)

I also wouldn't touch pittman of tampa bay or jamal lewis of baltimore. Lewis is one strike away from flunking the leauge's substance abuse policy. One little messup and he's suspended 16 games.

bennett is out til AT LEAST october, but hes isn't worth a good pick anyways. Mo Williams gets most of the Rushing TD's for Viks

Onterrio Smith will be the main back for the Viks I bet. But Williams will still be the short yardage/goal line back
