Gotta bet on the 15.5+ ints. Even in his prime he's never thrown less than 13. New system + New recievers + 2 games a year against the pats + the most prolific interception thrower in history (who is at the end/worst part of his career) = easy bet.

The payout is 1/1. If you win you get your points back and then you get your winnings, which in this case are the same as what you wagered.
