Every goal scored seems to be a goal that the goalie saves but he "floats" to the back of the net and the puck is behind him. This sucks because there really isn't any "wow" goals. They all seem to be because of the floating goalie.

Also how do you pin players up against the boards, I can't seem to figure this out.

Why does the poke check button combo not work. My player seems to "warp" when I poke check and he falls way behind the play.

Any help would be appreciated.

Pinning is Left Bumper, although sometimes it doesn't work perfectly.

The poke checking is weird because your player just stops. If you miss with the poke the guy blows right by you and you can't catch up. Good thing the goalies are awesome!

Yep left bumper, it doesn't work that often I think so that there are more scrambles at the boards. One thing I like so far is I have pinned players and have yet to get called for holding..I hated that in previous versions because it is a part of the game and I always took a penalty for it.

poke check is actually RB with the left analog stick for moving it around, i dunno why they have it as RB + Right Trigger

Well I just scored with Mike Richards and they said SCORED, DION PNEUFF or however you spell it haha

My fav player is Maxim Afinogenov and one of the commentators calls him A-fin-o-jen-ov..give me a break it's Bob Cole and Harry Neale that should be mispronouncing names not these 2.
