Another 08 wish list

After seeing what every one was writing, I just have to put my two cents in

Dynasty mode:
For the love of god please make this worth my time. If I’m going to manage a team. Let me chose every thing about the time. Like a new GM would. If I don’t like the coach then let me fire him. Get a data base of a bunch of coach’s or some thing like that.

But the biggest add I would like to see is. Have an option when you can work your way up from the minors to the NHL (call it GM mode or some thing since I would want to play Dynasty the way it is from time to time). Add the AHL or it can work with the Europe teams you have right now. It would also be cool if it started like 5 years back. But I don’t see that happening so have the CPU just make a random roster and a choice of like 3 teams to chose from to start you GM career off with. If you win then more teams will be looking to hair you. If you lose then you run the chance of getting fired or being sent back down to the minors.

AI:
Make an AI that is realistic. I know every one is saying this so I hop EA is lessening.

In depth pre game shows:
I have seen this too. I don’t care if they use the ESPN thing. But at least make EA have a net work for the games. Since I would like to get a pre game show before people get on the ice. Then show the teams coming on the ice and skating around. And bring back the national anthems. This is a big thing when going to a game. Why is it not there any more?

STATS, STATS, STATS:
When looking at a player, I need to see every thing about him. And want to know how he did with all the teams he played for. It will make it more like a GM looking into a player for a trade or to sing him as a free agent. Also all time team stats need to be added to EA. I would like to know if a player comes close to it. And also bring back the 1st NHL goal celebrations. I loved seeing them back in the day.

Contracts:
For the love of GOD. Please make it so every one dose not want a freaking 3 mill contract. It kills me when a 83 rated player wants a freaking 3 mill contract. Let’s face it. If you are a free agent when the season starts, you are not going to hold out long for a big contract. So I should not be near the trade deadline and see the freaking CPU sing some one for a million dollar contract. It would also be cool if EA added more in depth stuff like a no trade clause, performance clause (big star dose not get 50 points in a season his contract drops by a %), and a singing bonus would be nice too since that would be one way to try and get better player with out paying a arm and a leg.

Goalies:
I agree with every one on this and make them better. Also allow them to be hit in the crease and then call the other guy for goaltender interference. It would also be cool if when a goalie gets traded if we could change his helmet and pads to a default team helmet. 2 to choose from would be better. Since I’m tired of seeing the white pads and helmets all the freaking time.

Arenas:
It would be cool if EA would add different intro music for each team. I know the Kings tend to change it about every 2 months a little bit. But if they where to at least have the music for the intro of a team from the end of this year, I would be happy.

Those are the main things I would like to see. All Star mode would be nice but I don’t want to get my hopes up for that
