Hawks want Ovechkin

Question is, who would they trade? Mark Bell ... Tyler Arnason? Doesn't really make much sense to me. The Hawks have a bunch of draft picks, and already have some good young players with potential. __________________

Would be stupid for Caps to not keep their pick, but I guess if it's a very good deal it could happen...
Getting Hawks' first round pick for next year would probably be interesting, as it would raise their chance on getting Crosby. Stay at #3, Pulfudge, and take Olesz.
Thinking about what they'd be willing to give up makes my stomach hurt. If they end up sending the 3rd overall pick plus Babchuk and Seabrook and maybe even Ruutu (who should be untouchable) to WSH for Ovechkin ...  |

This is interesting, but i dont think it will happen. Im pretty sure the Caps are going to take Ovechkin.

If i had the #1 pick...Ovechkin. No trades considered. A player that talented and with the presence he can bring in the right atmosphere...it's not something to pass up. This guy could be the next Iginla-esque player.

Would Chicago be willing to pay him even if they did get him? That franchise has been moving backwards for years and we all know why. Wirtz must really see a bright future with the new CBA on the horizon.
