Allison, Deadmarsh, Cechmanek, Carter

i dont know if anyone cares about the Kings, but where do you think Jason Allison, Adam Deadmarsh, Roman Chechmanek, and Anson Carter. I know that Allison and Deadmarsh are injured, but there is some talk that they will be able to play some time next season. As for Chechmanek, i think they should trade him away for some other goalie, and make Huet the starter. He did a fantastic job while Chechmanek was injured. And thats another thing, he was injured most of the last part of the season and when he came back he sucked! But Carter, i think they should let him go free agent, he didn't really impress anyone. What do you guys think?

I always defend Cechmanek whenever his name is slandered. I guess I'll do the same here. I think Cecho is an excellent goalie, and he's certainly better than Huet. The other three may be gone though. I sure wish Allison and Deadmarsh would recover though, they were just starting to break through as superstars.

Checkmanek can be a great goalie when he wants to. I still regret the flyers trading him for a 2nd round pick.

They should have gottin one of the two 1st rounders the kings had.

Cechmanek was good, but not solid. He was not butterfly or standup. He was a horrible impersonator of Hasak. I went to a Stars/Kings game this year in Dallas, and it brought back memories of the weak goals he let in.

I'll take a 2nd rounder for him anyday. He was a 6th round choice after all.

My boy Chech... I always get a kick out of watching him play. You never know what you're going to get. When he's on, he's awesome...when he's not....well, its a decent comedy act at the least :/

I'm not too sure if the Kings are going to want him back. I could see him going to a team like, say, Edm...to play tandem with a promising young goalie. I don't see a team that's in a contending position giving him the reigns entirely though.

Unfortunately, I think it may be over for both Allison and Deadmarsh, due to their concussions. What a shame :( (and what are the odds of a team's entire first line going down with injuries at the same time, and two of the three being career ending?? Poor Kings)

Carter will stick around.

Cechmanek blows, about as shaky and inconsistant as you can get, and loves to blame everything on everyone but himself.

Love Allison, and especially Deadmarsh. It killed me to see him go in the Blake deal. I like Carter too, but I don't think he's consistant enough for LA to 'have' to keep him around

Deadmarsh is one of my players and so is Allison, but I think they both are going to have to call it quits. I don't see them coming back after such a long stretch of injuries. Carter is a 2nd line player and best and Cechmanek can be a good goalie some days and then an IHL quality goalie the next. Way to inconsistent.
