If anyone remembers the BEML league you'll remember I spent a lot of time making it an interactive website where GM's could run their team with little need to load EHM

Anyhow, now that the league is defunct I've decided I'd gauge the interest in releasing the source code..

It is entirely in ASP .NET using VB

In the next week I'll make the site live again so people can see how it worked.. I might also make a team GM login available so people can see behind the scenes at the item request system etc.

EDIT: here's a link to the "Franchise Edition" of the website I was working on last.. not even league GMs ever saw this version.. highly incomplete but more features than the previous version http://www.shawnstewart.com/bemlfe/index.aspx

team sponsorship (budweiser!) to improve finances.. oh.. i loved that one

havne't checked it lately so might be some errors here and there.. dont forget you can view player profiles etc. etc

The code is MESSY and not commented much.. and I won't be available for support, however, I think the code would be a great learning tool and hopefully translate into a new league

This being my first league...god I made some awful trades. Great site though.

Damn, just reading some of my old press releases made me miss this league. After my horrible first season trading away some good players for some bad ones, I actually turned my team around well enough to sit on top of the East until the league was disbanded.

UPDATE: I've decided to do some basic documentation and will host a forum for questions/answers. I hope to release the source code within the next week.

I will include a demo account as part of the source code release.. it will have some limited functionality
