Okay something is WRONG... help me out here...
In my current franchise, I have many players sent to the AHL in Worcester. I'm like 30 games into the season, and I wanted to see how the guys in the AHL were doing. There's a lot of them.
One, Daniel Ahsberg, has 20s in 3 offensive areas. I really expected to see some AHL ownage going on. He hasn't even got a point. In fact he's only played in 3 games. His condition is 23%. The ENTIRE TEAM's condition is under 50%. most are under 30%. there are maybe 6 guys who are at 100%. The team is 0-27-0-0 and have only scored 25 goals on the year. What is this crap that is going on and stunting the growth of my AHL'd prospects? Before the season started, these players had low conditions because of training camp. I sent them down, but I don't see how that would be effecting this... |

Okay, I don't know if this was a known bug or not. But I checked my prospects who stayed with me for the summer and came to the same, unfortunate finding. They weren't playing at all back in juniors.
So when you have a player and his condition is low, it becomes permanent if you send him down or to juniors, regardless of how much time passes... |

On a related note, in the minors when I was playing the demo as Penascola (will get the game when it's here in NA) my two goalies were Frederic Cloutier and Todd Ford.
Cloutier was my starter, and his conditioning was going up and down regularly. But Ford, my backup, was stuck below 50% conditioning and he wasn't going up. He hadn't even played a game and his conditioning was constantly going down! Perhaps this part of the game was fixed with the patch, but I thought I'd post it. |

Philadelphia Phantoms had like 1 tie and the rest was losses in my game (I'm Flyers), might be the same thing.

I hope this was fixed in the patch, I can't wait to get this game, but this type of bug NEEDS to be fixed, otherwise the player development & your team success is gonna go downhill faster then the XFL did.

I think that it is because you set them intensive training in pre-seaon and when you send them to AHL or juniors the players are trained by that training the whole season. You should call them back and set them some general training. Then you can send them back and the condition should get better.
Hope this helps! |

Do you change your practice settings during the offseason? Just like in real life, practice settings differ depending on the time of year. Typically players are training their butts off in the summer time and if you continue that program into the season they're likely to be tired very quickly. Make sure your practice settings are better suited to playing a full 82 game season, then call those players back up briefly just to change their practice schedules and then send them down again.
When you're training players their practice settings remain the same from the last time they were on your main squad. So even if you change your current practicing options, those players that you've sent down will remain on the schedule they were last given. __________________ NHL: EHM 2005 If you love hockey, you'll love this!
