Well, thought i'd try and do one of these, heh, and keep it updated. I am using current rosters, with ceiling fixes.

First thing of business, I signed Mark Bell to a 3 year deal worth 1.2 mil, plus Team Option. Then I signed a few other players that need qualifying offers.
I'm deciding which UFA I should try to sign, or if i shouldn't?

Well, haven't opened it up in a couple days, so I thought I would. I have signed Chris Pronger, and Jason Smith. I really needed help on my defense, if I want any chance of making the playoffs. Pre-season has just started, I will judge if I will sign Barker or let him play the season in junior.

I finished pre-season with a 5-2-0-1 record, playing most of my rookies. Leading scorer was Daze, with 4 goals and 4 assists in 8 games. Leading rookie scorer was Matt Keith with 2 goals and 3 assists in 8 games. I think I will sign Barker, he played fairly well, and was a +4.

I claimed Oliwa and Kloucek in the waiver draft, no one took any of my players.

I played my first game against Buffalo at Buffalo. I won 4-3

Well, I am 21 games into the season, and have a record of 11-6-0-4, good enough for 3rd in the West, I just signed Mario Lemieux to a one year deal worth 2.4 mil. He decided my team was strong enough for him now.
