What's Bioshock Physical Copy Download size?

Hey guys, so want to get the physical version of Bioshock Collection for the Switch. However from what I am reading online there is still a mandatory download to get all the games for it. Yet from what I'veve found they are saying it is "AT LEAST" 31GB. Wtf is "at least"? Is that 31GB just for the first game, or all of them, or just for the main games not including the dlc?

Does anyone have the physical game on the Switch and can confirm the total size for all content?

31GB of additional storage for the whole collection including DLC is what I heard too.
