I would say chewy myself. I find it to have more flavor to it to me. How about you guys? :)

Crispy.

I generally like things crispy. I even like my fried eggs crispy.

Used to be chewy, but now I actually like it kind of crispy. Almost burnt (but not quite). Think of it as toasted, almost.

I like a good crunch and crispy feel to my bacon.

Though I still love chewy.

I usually cook it in the oven. If you start with a cold oven and put the bacon in, then turn it on to 450, it comes out perfect and uniform.

A little of both. I think you'd probably call it chewy if you had to.

I used to prefer crispy but now more chewy. Cooking it in the air fryer is the way to go, comes out with a perfect texture and is so quick and easy.

Man, it's like the second hardest thing to cook. Crispy I try for it every time.

@LJS9502_basic: Not even turkey bacon or chicken bacon?

I’ve had this one before, and it tastes very similar to regular bacon. I think it’s really good:

@LJS9502_basic: Sounds good. Hope you’ll be able to find it. :)

One of my Hy-vee stores sells it here in IL. Some health food stores might have it, too. Here’s a product locator link, if you were wondering:

Not the biggest fan of bacon, I find it way too greasy in my opinion. I get nauseous afterwards.

Both. I don't like bacon that is so cooked it breaks into chunks, but I like it initially crispy and then chewy.
