@girlusocrazy: Imma be real, as a black person, I was surprised to see the list filled older legendary black rappers lol.
I don't listen to many CDs outside of the ones I burn, so much of the time it is select songs.
1. I would say it is a tie between My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy & 808s & Heartbreak.
2. Another tie between Sonic Adventure 1 & 2's soundtrack.
3. Drake - Take Care. I will continually say that this album was his best. Most of the tracks are great, hell even the ones that were not played. It even has Buried Alive by Kendrick Lamar, which was never spoken about and I still feel is the best song hidden as an Interlude.
4. J. Cole - Cole World: The Sideline Story.
5. Daft Punk - Discovery.
1. 'The Golden Age of Grotesque' by Marilyn Manson (that album changed my life)
2. 'You'll Rebel To Anything' by Mindless Self Indulgence
3. 'All Killer, No Filler' by Sum 41
4. 'Sonic Firestorm' by Dragonforce
5. 'Inhuman Rampage' by Dragonforce
-The Afterman Descension by Coheed and Cambria
-Traveller by Slough Feg
-Ghost by Devin Townsend
-Hisingen Blues by Graveyard
-Deceiver of the Gods by Amon Amarth
Based on past listening anyway, nowadays it's mainly just a totally random of mix of songs from all sorts of artists and genres.

2. 'You'll Rebel To Anything' by Mindless Self Indulgence
3. 'All Killer, No Filler' by Sum 41
4. 'Sonic Firestorm' by Dragonforce
5. 'Inhuman Rampage' by Dragonforce
May I ask how so? there's some catchy songs on it but for me personally I prefer more old school Manson albums.
I don't have any favorite albums per se, I mostly have favorite songs from artists, but I'll give it a try still. The following are artists and their albums. I like all of their songs, so that makes it difficult to say I have one single favorite album.
I don't listen to too many artists now'a days, just the ones I can listen to again and again that would make anyone else throw up because of how often I play them.

It was the first metal album I ever bought. I got tired of the pop-rock music that I was jamming to at the time, so I went out on a limb to buy it. It got me into the metal genre. Without Manson, I wouldn't have discovered the tremendously rich music in the metal genre. Though I don't listen to Manson anymore, I am forever indebted to him.
This is why I don't understand when people bash metalcore or nu-metal as being too mainstream. They may or may not be, but bands in those genres can be gateways into a deeper understanding and a deeper appreciation of metal. That's what happened to me.

Nice, I listen to Manson alot especially back in High School his music is really empowering. I also have a soft spot for nu-metal I really enjoyed the early Korn albums.
Jane's Addiction - Ritual de lo Habitual
Jane's Addiction - Nothing's Shocking
Ministry - The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste
Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine
Akira Soundtrack
And Justice for All - Metallica
Master of Puppets - Metallica
Mothership - Led Zeppelin
SEAL - SEAL (his first studio album)
The End of Heartache - Killswitch Engage
Metallica - S&M
Metallica - Death Magnetic
The Verve - Urban Hymns
Vangelis - Blade Runner
TBH I tend not to listen to albums and single tunes or randomly listen to them to playlists. Find it very rare for an album to be consistently good.
Death Magnetic is probably the most recent one i've listened to a lot. It's really grew on me.
Megadeth - Rust In Peace - The perfect thrash album, always end up listening to it when listening to spotify.
Five Finger Death Punch - An Justice For None - This band a guilty pleasure of mine, and I always find myself putting this album on.
Pink Floyd - The Wall - Got introduced to Floyd by a an older work friend, always new of them but had never gave them much of a listen other than what songs were well known. This album is a masterpiece and I realized this when I listened to it all in order to experience its story.
Blue Oyster Cult - Secret Treaties - The Perfect 70s rock album, nice blend of their slightly psychedelic sound transitioning into more straight up rock.
Opeth - Still life - Another concept album, painfully sad story admittedly you need to read along with lyrics due to the nature of how death metal is sung, you wont understand everything.
