White dude in Jacksonville FL causes racially motivated mass shooting

He left a manifesto making it clear his goal was to kill “nwords”.

Gun had two swastikas on it

3 victims, one an infant. Shooter killed self.

Apparently his dad called the police….waaaay too late.

And this guy was committed due to the baker act.

That being said with the recent waive of white nationalism, I see more of this happening than less.

Just another day in the ol' USA.

Tell me again why we allow Nazis to roam freely? Is it freedom of speech? Is that really worth it? Are terrorists likewise expressing freedom of speech?

Yup.

And with all the stuff going on with Trump, the man that gave these crazies permission to come out of the woodwork, it's only going to get worse.

I used to think we were experiencing the "death rattle" of racism and far-right nationalism in the US with all these acts, that we would only have to endure a few years of the most extreme people committing terrible things before they went away entirely/

But now I'm not so sure...it might be an actual revival, and not going anywhere soon.

Which is really depressing.

Hopefully this will die down ounce Trump kicks the bucket.

He brought it out. He didn't create the hate. It was always there, under the surface.

@LJS9502_basic: I know it won't fully go away with his death but I hope they will feel less emboldened and I am fully aware that racism existed long before Trump was born.

I hope so, but based on trends I'm legitimately worried about the 18-25 year old white male crowd. It really seems like enough of them have been brainwashed to continue the legacy.
