Okay, so I have a computer with a Core i5 9400F, Rx 570 4GB Graphics card, and 16 GB of Ram. As a side note, it's a HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0020 which I've modified a bit. Currently I have twin 1 TB SSD hard drives and a 2 TB HDD, as well as a 256 GB m.2 drive.

Now I'd really like to try and use this computer for the next 5 to six years, so I'm not going to go out and build another pc unless this one fails on me before then, as a precaution. One last thing, the reason this has an RX 570 and not a GTX 1650 like advertised is because the GTX 1650 failed on my and I had my old RX 570 laying around from my last computer that works.

So my first question is would it be worth upgrading the graphics card to a GTX 1660 super in the next six or seven months? Please bear in mind that I can't really do too much with the processor as the Rother motherboard can only support a maximum TDP of 65 watts and also that this computer has a 400 watt PSU. Is 80+ gold certified though. So I don't want to go above a GTX 1660 Super as a result.

My second question is would it be better for me to upgrade the hard drive to a 4 TB HDD, or 8 TB HDD? I do plan on upgrading the SSD's in about two years time, when hopefully SSD prices would go down, but I have used up 3 of my 4 TB I have dedicated to gaming across all three drives, and I plan to almost exclusively buy games for the PC and Switch this gen.

1660 Super won't last 5-6 years, but it would be a nice upgrade over RX 570. Not sure about the PSU, but if it can handle RX 570 then it's ok. As for the HDD, buy whatever's the better deal.

@blazepanzer24: looks like standard PSU, you can swap it to whatever you wish for and upgrade the GPU to something bit better like 3060Ti

1660Super is a still solid of an upgrade but maybe wait for 3050? might even cost less

Greatly appreciate the advice. Think I'll stick to upgrading the 1660 Super.
