Hi. Pc:

13900K stock

2x16 GB DDR5 GSKILL 6800

Rtx 4090 Gigabyte Gaming

Aorus Elite Z790 AX

SSD KINGSTON 2TB

Seasonic 1300W PX ATX 3.0 PCIE 5.

updated drivers

win 11

Game Cyberpunk 2077 the newest version.

My performance is ok for me. Smooth. But i have weird issue. I am using: 1440P,DLSS QUALITY,FRAME GENERATION ON,PATH TRACING ON,RT PSYCHO, DLSS 3.5 reconstruction.

And i have between 130-170fps in city and outside. Ok. But. When i have 170 fps and i dont do anything on screen. I mean i just stop and not touching mouse and keyboard, fps fluctuating and jumping weirdly. Like 165-160-150-165-155-170. And nothing happening on screen. Gpu usage is normal 98%. Is this normal?

I made benchmark and there is fine no fluctuation. Only in game sometimes.s THxx

Also cpu temps 60-70C. Gpu temp 55C. No throttling

It happens to me in other games, in Rust i get fluctuations from 150 and dips to 120. If it bothers you try locking your frame rate at the lower end of your fluctuation.

In Rust I have locked mine at 120 (just put V-sync on monitor refresh rate was (120)

This! What you are reporting is normal, just lock your frame rate. I’d also be surprised you could tell anyhow with your eye alone at the low end of your fluctuations.
