I miss those days I like the creativity on them it kinda of reminds me of 80's VHS tapes.

Remember downloading tech demos as well, showcasing what the card could do.

I still use a sound card to this day. :)

Motherboards these days have decent audio, but you have to buy a really high end model to get one with audio comparable to a good sound card.

It made PC gaming feel like a nerdy guy's club which was nice. Now it's pretty mainstream and a bunch of accessories now cater to women.
