As long as you have a processor around E6600 or FX-62 performance level, you don't have to worry about bottlenecking. That combo should do you fine, until AMD come out with AM2+ processors.
No bottlenecks at all, but what are you going to use it for? Just basic applications or specific games? Just make sure you add a good PSU and good/enough RAM to that system.
