Am I still able to access them for purchase if I buy another psp or ps3?? There's a game I bought some years back that I wanna re-download and play but I'm afraid that it's gone forever because I can't access it from the current psn store layout

You should be able to access the games as long as you sign in to the new console with your current account. If the game is not on the psn store, try looking under the "downloads" tab. That should list everything you've purchased.

Keep in mind though, one account can only be linked to two PS3s at a time. You may need to contact Sony to have the account removed from the old PS3.

You should have no problem redownloading your purchased PS1 titles to a new PS3. I usually download my PS1 purchases twice, once on my PS3 and again on my PS Vita. You can find them in the downloads tab if you're not able to find them just out and about in the store

@judaspete: "Keep in mind though, one account can only be linked to two PS3s at a time."

Top of my head I think at one point PS3/PSP allowed 5 at time.

@PSP107: They did allow five at first. Changed it to two later on.
