PS5 / "couldn't sync your saved data"

I keep getting this message "Couldn't sync your saved data due to a conflict"

My saved data is still there, but somehow between last night and this morning, I lost hours of gameplay. I'm playing Assassins's Creed Valhalla. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? Is it a setting?

have you check the internet host???? probably the network issues?

have you tried to manually select which saved data you want to sync with.
