I don't understand why not, this is one of the more active boards on Gamespot. If they want to streamline shit and redo the format, whatever. Go crazy. But why get rid of active boards? Makes no sense, it's like they are intentionally trying to lose members.

They just don't really know what they're doing. The lack of support of unions(despite those being very popular at one time), the mostly very generic gaming coverage, the old crappy forum design and the firing of Jeff Gerstmann years ago tells me they don't deserve their success and only are where they are because people keep coming back on gamespot by habit.

Yeah from the beta there's definitely no Sports Discussion Board...this sucks.  This place was my primary place to talk sports.

Oh and that new layout for the site in general is terrible.  Think I may just abandon the site overall.
