SG Plays the NBA Playoffs Results

The NBA Playoffs are here! SportsGamer members will be playing one game per matchup to determine who will win the NBA Playoffs.

Rules:

• Superstar or whatever the highest level is
• 7 Min quarters
• Game Speed at 45
  
• Members who called teams that they wanted can play with them. Those who didn't call a team can play with anyone else they'd like.
  
• Post before you play, so we can cross that game off the list. After the game post a brief recap with some highlights of the game. Nothing too detailed, but we'd like to get an idea of what happened.
  
• If days pass and games haven't been played and you called a team, we won't wait for you. Someone will play that game. If you schedule a game with someone please post that you have scheduled a game and when you plan on playing.

Wizards romp Cavs 94-64

27 points, 6 rebs, 5 assists, 6 steals, 1 blk

This game started out with the Wizards jumping out to an early 7 point lead and never looked back. They were hitting all their open shots and Agent 0 hit two big 3 pointers early on to set the tone. Arenas led all scorers with 30 points and 12 assists.

King James got no help on the Cavs. James had 27 points and 5 assists, but the only other person who did anything was Z. Ilgauskas with 11 points and 6 rebs.

What seemed to be the difference was the Wizards defense and poor shooting by the Cavs. They shot only 42% from the field and 6/21 from 3pt range for an abysmal 28%. The Wizards shot a scorching 11/19 for 57% from 3pt range.

The box score says it all. The Wiz beat the cavs in assists, rebounds, steals, blocks, bench points and had less turnovers. That's all she wrote and the Wiz advance.
