PC: Ryzen 5-5600 with RTX 2060. Thing exist solely to play emulated games.

Console: PS5 and Switch in current entertainment setup. PS5 for most things. Havent turned on the Switch in years since last I played Rune Factory 5.

Also bunch of older gen consoles packed somewhere. I recently found my old Oled vita and planning to do some cannot be discussed topics with it.

Oh forgot to add. I use the LG C1 OLED.

PC with a 10th gen i5, and RX 6600. The gpu came with a code for Starfield, but we'll see how well that runs on it.

Switch, Wii, and PS3 are all currently hooked up, but mostly playing PC/Switch. GC, DC, PS1, GBA, Neo Geo Pocket in storage.

- PC: GTX 1070 8GB, Ryzen 5 5600, soon to have 32GB RAM (used regularly for gaming and media)

- Steam Deck (semi regular personal use and often taken to friend’s houses)

- Nintendo Switch (haven’t touched after getting the steam deck late last year)

- PS3 (collecting dust)

- Nintendo 3DS (collecting dust)

- Nintendo Wii (occasional use at friends’ houses)

Would love to upgrade my PC’s graphics card, but GPUs are STILL so insanely priced I cannot justify a new one, especially since the 1070 still holds up decently with the majority of the games I play. If prices are still insane by next gen, I might just have to switch to the PS6 for modern titles. Seriously, F Nvidia and AMD for this price gouging BS.

The Wii’s motion control gimmick games are still surprisingly fun with others; had Nintendo invested in improved quality motion games for the Switch as well I’d probably use that instead, but Nintendo gonna Nintendo.

I own an 8 core CPU and a ray traced enabled card (I never toggle on ray tracing effects) which should be plenty for any modern game, but it seems not a lot of devs care about proper optimization these days.

As far as gaming goes, I often find myself playing on SNES, PS5, PSP, Xbox One, Gamecube, Wii U, Switch, but my favourite system by far is PC (and emulation devices)

My PC was used for the kids to get their school homework during the pandemic (basically a PC is next to worthless)

My main tv is a 55" Samsung 4k one, not sure of the specs but it cost me $1700, so its a good'un.

Favourite system, insert any Sega console name here.

How many games, um thousands.

I still have the PC in my signature, all the same components and monitor.

In terms of consoles, I have a PlayStation 2, 3, and 5, a PlayStation Classic, a Sega Genesis, SNES, a Nintendo Switch, and a Raspberry Pi I've set up with Retroarch with thousands of games from various classic systems.

My main gaming TV is a 65" Samsung QN90A QLED. I also have a 55" TLC 6-series 4K TV in my bedroom upstairs.

My total library of games depends on what we're counting. Physical copies only, in the realm of 75-100 games. Add digital across various PC storefronts and PSN/Nintendo Eshop, and it's a little north of 600 or so.

@Archangel3371: Nice... I highly recommend getting a 120hz TV when you do upgrade. To me, that's the best part about these new consoles. I upgraded my 1080p last year to a 120hz 75" Hisense. TV was advertised as a gaming TV and got good reviews. Paid $1000.

I just got a 4K TV. It does look a bit better, but at my age and with my eyesight, the difference isn't that exciting. Still have most of my games set to 1080p.

@judaspete: Yeah not really a whole lot to take advantage of 4K right now especially since I’d rather go with 60fps. Probably be better when the Pro versions of the consoles come out. My TV is 10+ years old now so it’s getting time to get a new one anyway.

My PC is a work in progress. I’ve parted it out and gifted friends/family some of my non-essential parts for their PCs I built. I LOVE building PCs for folks. I’m currently running a Ryzen 9 3900X. 64GB of RAM and a GTX 1660 Super (😂). When things slow down for me and I have time for more PC gaming, I’m gonna build a new monster rig. I know what Nvidia has on the horizon and I’m just waiting for that stuff to start dropping in consumer cards.

Consoles. 3 Xbox Series X’s. A Xbox Series S.2 PS5’s (1 disk and 1 digital) 5 Switches. (1 OLED, 1 launch and 3 Switch Lites for the kids). My TVs range from a 65” LG OLED in the living room to a 85” Sony 4K LED TV in my theater room, to a 65” LG 4K LED in my bedroom. Then the kids all have 55” 4K TVs in their rooms. My garage has a 70” 1080p TV with retro stuff hooked up. I mostly use that TV for entertainment while working out in my home gym in the garage. Then there’s the gaming area in my basement with 2 more Sony 55” 4K LED TVs. Those are gonna get upgraded to OLEDs in the next year or so. Then the 5th bedroom in the basement has a 65” Samsung 1080p LED TV with more retro consoles.

I have an 55” outdoor TV that I haven’t mounted to my deck yet. That’ll be mostly for watching sports (Michigan State Spartans and Detroit Lions) And then I’m in the market for an inflatable projector screen, like 24 feet so I can watch Detroit Lions games and/or play games while floating in the pool. That’s not that high in the priority list, but it sounds so ridiculous that I’m on board.
