Are you disappointed PS+ now only gives you two games?

So as of this recent month of PS+, only gives you 2 PS4 games to rent. Previously, you would get 2 PS4, 2 PS3, and 2 Vita games, and there would often be some crossover (like the vita game would also give you a PS4 version).

It's kind of disappointing that they did not add anything to the service, even if it was like just an additional indie level game every month for the PS4

I don't pay for that stuff. But if I did, I suppose less is worse

didnt care for the PS3 free games (because i no longer own a PS3) but i am disappointed they stopped giving us "free" Vita games because i still play my vita and i liked the crossover games where i own both the vita and PS4 version of some games.

Nah its great my ps3 is packed up and my vita doesnt need the crap free games

They should give away a PSVR game every month. Get more people to buy the peripheral.

Yeah I think that it’s disappointing that they did away with offering games for those systems. I really like how Microsoft does it. Not only do you get to keep the 360 games that you get even if you end your subscription but they also make sure that the 360 games are backwards compatible so all you need to use is the Xbox One system and you get 4 games every month.

unfortunately I think the best PS could do that was something like that would be to offer some of the PS2 games that play on PS4

That's actually a pretty solid idea. I'm not interested in VR, largely because i'm a b*tch with covering my eyes, but this could definitely work.

They should chuck in a PSVR game instead.

It sucks that now they offer less, but I also remember a time where online was free and I bought the games I wanted to try. Maybe we should be less tied to services.

It sucks I guess but my ps3 and ps4 backlog of ps+ games is so damn big already I'll hardly miss the extra games.

I don't use Playstation Plus but that is unfortunate. Guess that price hike it got back in late 2017 was well worth it...lmao.

Can't remember the last time I used PS+ but I can say it's disappointing to the rest of Sony fans.

Don't really care they dropped PS3, or even Vita really for that matter. But to make up for dropping both they probably should have boosted the games content to 3 games for PS4 or maybe add VR games like someone else said.

On paper I guess Modern Warfare remastered and The Witness is a solid month for PS4 (although worthless to me personally). But they'll need to do better. If they start doing months where it's two indie games and that's it it will start looking quite sad. At least crossplay Vita games brought some extra options to the table. I get pretty good value out of PS+becasue I end up playing a decent chunk of the games. But if we are down to 2 games that reduces the odds drastically.

There's basically zero chance I'll get use out of Modern Warfare (already got my fill on PC, and I also got it with Infinite Warfare on PS4 so getting it with PS+ is worthless to me... I doubt I'll ever touch that game again). I'll probably play The Witness at some point though. So this month is basically 1 out of 2 for me.

It really doesn’t affect me. The PS4 games given have been pretty solid over the last 2 years though so I’m happy.

It sucks. But honestly I haven't been playing the free games for more than a few hours, if at all.

Nope. I only use my PS4 for singleplayer exclusives.

Nah even when I had PS+ I never looked at the games.

1. I only pay for PS+ when I have a game to play - so basically only when I'm playing BloodBorne.
2. I only use the PS4 for exclusives that I care about, which I can count on one hand with 4 fingers.

The last thing I want to do is use Sony's slow network to download a game I could play elsewhere.

Edit: Heh this made me go look at my PS subs to make sure I didn't forget to cancel - luckily I had no payment methods set up.

I gave up Plus a long while back. I don’t play MP on PS and even on GWG I rarely get to the games given away anyway.

It's overall not a disappointment at all.
