On Steam sale atm.
Yeah see the problem for me is giving Activision any of my money.
Wouldn't that look bad when I try to enter heaven that I'm doing deals with this guy:
Toys for Bob is cool tho
Didn't Bobby leave the company already?
Haven’t played it yet myself but am interested in it since I did enjoy the first two or three games back in the day. Hoping it lands on Game Pass soon.

Honestly surprised that they seem to have just released "game", at a lower price even without the discount it seems.
Not sure if they expected this to have limited appeal, but it seems to have shifted 5 million+ units.
But I own the remasters and they were pretty good. Rare case where, not really much of anything to complain about for once.

Me too and they are solid. Toys for Bob worthy.
@uninspiredcup: I don't want to be a party pooper (insert Arnold voice here) but the reason they sold it for a lower price is because it released years after the console version. I refer to solid game basics post for proof.
This attempt at an argument still doesn't hold up.
There are tons of PC games released at a later date full price. Including Activision. In fact, checking now, Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 (2012) is still priced at a whopping £39.99 which is more than this at launch.

Call of Duty has always released day and date on PC.
I'm saying that sometimes, when a game releases on consoles first, the PC version comes later and at a reduced price.
You're making an argument here, that Crash is a game with limited appeal on PC, that may be the case, but I'm saying that it's not a standalone event where some game releases later AND cheaper.

And I'm saying most of the time they don't. And Activision isn't known for being fair or generous.
What price was Red Dead 2 when it was released on PC? £59.99. Actually more expensive than other PC games at the time.
What price was FF7 bla? £64.99. A ridiculous price.
I didn't make that argument, I pondered as to why they were seemingly so generous as it's completely out of character for one of the most predatory companies in the industry.

Well Activision is now owned by Microsoft and Bobby Kotick left the company back in last December so you don't have to feel bad in buying the game now.

Yes, Bobby Kotick already left the company back in March. Last I heard, Bobby wanted to purchase TikTok, but not sure if he's still willingly want to do so.
I died an embarassing amount of times on later levels. I did play it on Switch though, so I'll blame the weak hardware. It is significantly harder then the OG games imo.
That said I've been considering buying the Steam version myself, but probably going to wait since it will likely be added to GamePass.
It has tons of unlockable costumes which is a nice touch.
