Do you think Horizon Forbidden West and God of War Ragnarok will both come out this year?

I think we'll only see Horizon 2 come out between the two. We've seen and heard essentially nothing on the new God of War. Pretty sure it'll end up a 2022 game.

As for the question, there was an interview with Jim Ryan come out in the last few days specifically mentioning it as a 2021 game on Forbidden West. I'm totally okay with those games releasing 2022, I don't need a rush game to have major issues and not like the last AAA game that launch December 2020.

I think both are going to get delayed past this year.

I hope so...not much faith in GoW coming this year but do believe HZD will come out. I'm replaying the first one on PC in preparation. :)

If GoW2 doesn't come out in 2021, then this whole year won't have a single exlusive worth a damn. AssCreed with dinos is a shit game, so i couldn't less if its coming out in 2021 or 2030.

Imo there is excactly zero chance that we will see GOW2 this year, and maybe a 40-50 percent chance of HZD2. Don’t mind myself as hopefully gow2 will release around the same time we get a mid gen update, as it is the only game (atm) that could convince me to buy a ps5!

I said only Horizon, but I would say there is a slim chance at even that. I'm not overly interested in either game, but I might grab Horizon just because of how beautiful it looks and possibly Dad of War if they offer a 2 pack with the original.

I'm pretty sure GOW 2018 is free for PS Plus members on PS5 and you can also get it for very cheap. I bought a digital copy for $10.

I’m not sure the software folks were ready for a console launch in 2020. Hell, they wouldn’t have been ready for a 2021 launch. Why these consoles launched in 2020 is beyond me...

Has either shown a gameplay (i know Sony doesn't do gameplay well) trailer yet? If not then there's your answer.

Horizon is realistic, but I don't think GoW will release this year. Still, I full expect a Horizon delay to 2022.

I would be disappointed, but if HZD2 is miles better than the first one, I can survive :P.

The fact that they're giving HZD away for free right now proves the sequel will come out this holiday season.

HZD2 has the best chance of coming out this year, GoW2 has zero chance IMO.

One can hope, the first one was pretty mediocre in everything else, but graphics, where it excelled
