Is Rockstar just trolling now?

How is this considered having improved graphics and enhanced gameplay? it looks exactly the same.

I miss the old Rockstar this is what happens when a company becomes so filthy rich they literally put no effort into their work anymore just pathetic.

As long as the MP is bringing in truckloads of cash they don't see a reason to move on, can't honestly say I blame them.

As to your question, yes this does seem like they're trolling us at this point. I don't know of any other game that's been re-released this many times and just seems to continue to grow.

If this game wasn't as successful as it is, gta6 would be out last year or this year and we would already know what's their next project. What a load of failure.

I was given this game once on the ps3, never beat it, have zero desire to go back to it. Sad thing is this will sell like crazy and they will be rewarded for releasing this again with trucks of cash from fans. It's like Bethesda with Skyrim, just keep re-releasing it generation after generation because fans will keep buying it.

Considering I just in the last year played through GTA5 I am in no rush to repurchase it, and I will wait for a sale when I do.

GTA is terrible franchise since day 1 and GTA 5 absolutely suck. Casual and mainstream game definition. Its time to accept it and move on.

The delay doesn't even have anything to do with the development of this *ahem* remaster, they just wanna squeeze more money from current gen users while it lasts.

It sucks, yeah. But let's be real here. Rockstar made a cash printing machine with GTA V/GTA Online. As long as the game is financially viable, they're gonna milk it.

That, or they're just buying time for the GTA VI development.

It's going to be a decade soon. God I feel old.

My best guess (and I hope I'm right) is that they're working on the next engine that's gonna support GTA VI, the new GTA Online, Red Dead Redemption 3, the new Red Dead Online.

Also, if the rumors are true, they're working on GTA 3/Vice City/San Andreas remasters.

They may be a huge company, but when you consider:

• The new engine
• GTA VI
• GTA Online
• Red Dead Redemption 3
• GTA 3/VC/SA remasters

It's a huge undertaking, and that takes a lot of time.

It's a sickener but I can't honestly blame R* or Bethesda, folks are still apparently buying GTAV and Skyrim so...

I loved the singleplayer for both games but the MP was always pretty boring to me. yet somehow they both have big audiences willing to spend money, along with the endless re-releases.

I doubt I'll buy another Rockstar game again. I had to force myself to beat RDR2 and GTA V is a PS3 game that I don't feel the need to replay.

The good news that Sony paid for exclusive 2022 content for this ancient game.🤭
