Is the new dualsense software to be blamed? As we can clearly see the ps4 version runs better(tho you still looking at twice the PC's latency) and one can assume while playing the ps4 version the dualsense functions more like dualshock 4 without the latest blings

Can't see players attending EVO being happy if they are forced to play on PS5...

The bright side is that the fault is not on the Dualsense hardware as seen from the PC input lag tests its still very solid, so it should be on the software which should be easier to fix.

Noticed the shit latency the first month of the system launch doing pvp in Demon's. So much so i played wired, but didn't help.

Just think of it as "weight simulation".

the dualsense has very low latency on bluetooth, on PC even less than via USB so cording up wont help

It could be a lot of things. Could be an issue with the PS5 build of this specific game. Could be the driver for the Dualsense in Orbis. Could be a crappy BT chip in the PS5.

As you say TC, its unlikely to be the controller itself since it flys on the PC. so this makes me think a software component somewhere in the PS5 (either at OS or game level). but that's still very vague.

so it looks like the best experience is on the series X for consoles. I should be surprised, but im not.

It's either an SDK or Unreal Engine problem because the Dualshock and, DualSense have really low latency.

So who is right the guy who made the tweet op put up or the video Nonstop-Madness put up? Either way Evo people don't use controllers they use joysticks.

The video shows dualsense being faster than series x controller in wireless mode. Even when you compare Xbox wired mode vs DS wireless mode.

Someone tweet linus tech tips ask them to make a input lag test for all the controllers. They would be more reliable anyway.

This is barely noticeable on PS4 ... but still, noticeable. Can't even imagine on PS5.
